a LONG overdue update

No news is good news. It has been a great couple of months. Sammy feels well. She is going to school and participating in all the activities an energetic 3rd grader enjoys. Approximately 5 weeks ago, Sammy had an initial consultation with a local homeopathic nurse, who is known in our community for successfully healing others in situations similar to Sammy's. Sammy has been on lots of supplements since that visit (vitamins, minerals, juices, oh my!). Though Sammy HATES taking all the "crap" that is prescribed, she does realize that the pills/drops/juices are recommended because they might help her body become as strong as it can be to fight off any smart/aggressive cancer cells that want to grow. Compared to chemotherapy and radical surgery, the treatment is really not so bad :)

Next scan is next week. April 10th. Scanxiety is setting in but if it wasn't scanxiety it would be something else, right?

We just returned from a GREAT trip to Miami. Enjoy the photos!!!

Highlight of Becca's trip... visiting the tattoo parlor, Miami Ink (those who know the TV show will probably enjoy the pictures)

Becca never expected to meet AMI JAMES!!!!!! but he was working on the day we checked out his shop. Becca really respects his work.
