We are learning that plans sometimes must change so we now take things day to day. Today's plan for Sammy is as follows: On Thursday, she will try a new type of chemo. We hope that this chemo will "do the trick" so that we can start preparing for surgery. The type of surgery is yet to be determined as it all depends on how the tumor responds to the chemo.
Sammy continues to go to Dartmouth on a daily basis for radiation, trying to get to school whenever possible. Last day of radiation (again, the plan is day to day) is scheduled for Dec. 8th.
We will keep you posted. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your ongoing support.

Jack LOVED seeing Sammy in school today on crutches. We are all hoping and praying that the new chemo will "do the trick". Jack, in a very matter of fact way, told me that this chemo is really good cuz it's new, so let's hope he is right!!!
Very best wishes to you all.
